Our program provides hands-on training in: sales, operations, customer service, finance & insurance, inventory management, and most importantly: people management.

Duties: |
As a Sales Manager Trainee, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting achievement of dealership sales and goals
- Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
- Living up to the Hertrich standards of integrity and honesty in everything we do
- Achieving individual sales goals and customer service goals
- Growing sales through referrals, repeats, and finding new and creative ways to bring customers in the door
- Support dealership business plan by assisting the Sales Manager
- Upholding company standards by ensuring a positive customer experience before, during, and after the sale

Qualifications: |
To be successful in this role, our ideal employees typically have:

- Previous sales and/or retail customer service experience, or...

- A High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
