Hertrich’s NEW Milford Collision Center is now open on Route 1 in Milford, Delaware (behind the Hertrich Ford dealership.) The Shop is BUSY and we are searching for special, highly skilled individuals to be part of the team.

Duties: |
Ideal Candidates:
Auto Body Technicians: Have the ability to do any and all auto body and frame repair on all major makes and models of cars and light trucks. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Must be motivated, dependable, and a team player. ICAR and/or ASE Certifications are required.
Automotive Painters: Have the ability to use state-of-the-art paint and computer systems to paint and refinish all major makes and models of automobiles and light trucks, all jobs big and small. Must be able to work with minimum supervision. Must be motivated, dependable, and a team player. ICAR and/or ASE Certifications are required.
The ideal candidate will also understand the importance of keeping ALL work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications: |
Requirements:
- A minimum of three (3) years experience as a professional auto body technician or painter
- ICAR or ASE Certification
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- High School Diploma/GED
- Drug-Free Workplace
Offers of employment are conditional. Candidates must have a valid drivers license, clean driving record, and must successfully complete a pre-employment reference check, drug screen, criminal background check, and motor vehicle record check.
